about us
Who we are
Our Background
In 2017 when racism was reaching a peak, a fire was ignited to proceed with a national bullying prevention awareness proclamation in a couple cities in Stanislaus County. A proclamation that states; Whereas, the county of Stanislaus County and the city of Oakdale, Patterson, and Turlock, welcome and value diverse, racial, ethnic, cultural, and social well-being of our community. This bully-hate free proclamation reignites that spark, that the job is not done. At TKK, we believe that we need to continue a legacy of a long lasting battle. A battle that has long lived in our country, the battle against hate, and the battle against bullying.
TKK strives to provide resources and information to promote kindness and inclusivity.
Join us in creating a world where compassion and respect flourish.
Bullying and Hate has been a persistent issue, particularly in environments such as schools, workplaces, and communities. Its harmful effects on individuals’ mental and emotional well-being have been increasingly recognized, prompting efforts to address and prevent bullying behaviors. Understanding the historical context of racism and bullying is essential in addressing these complex issues today. By acknowledging past injustices and learning from historical patterns, we can work towards creating a more equitable and inclusive future for all.
